I placed an order for an xbox live 12 month subscription and was supposed to get my code via email within 2 hours. It's been more than 24hrs with no order acknowledgement, and no code. I contacted their customer service through an online form and again was promised a reply within 2hrs that I haven't received. The emails are not in my spam filter. Feeling duped.
