I ordered 2 cartridges from this company and got a phone call back from a guy called Mark within 30 minutes to say that I ordered wrong and I could have saved myself €1.50. So he fixed the order up for me.
It was only €1.50 but I appreciated the gesture.
Its not often a company calls you back to say, you could have saved money.
