I first ordered wrong item online and contacted CS to cancel. It was already in the system. The young lady asked me to hang up and she went to the trouble of going to the warehouse to cancel the item!!!!
Way beyond my expectations for an online order. Exceptional service and efficiency and such a pleasant manner.
I went online the next day and ordered the correct item and immediately opened an account online.
