No 1 ::: I ordered the genuine Epsom inks for a reason but got a phone call to say not in stock but would give me the alternative but that’s not what I wanted. No 2 ::: I ticked the box for Monday delivery but had to ring to find what was wrong and told had to wait for it to come In & didn’t get until Thursday & that in my opinion is not good enough.
