This product was not for me. It's not entirely the company's fault. I stumbled upon the 302 Skincare sight randomly. I didn't know this specific cleanser was meant for specific skin issues that are induced by harsh facial products. I thought it was just a gentle skin cleanser. My skin is just naturally sensitive and unfortunately very picky with what I put on it. There's an ingredient in this product that smells extremely strong and it caused me some skin irritation. I emailed the company asking if this was normal. The company was very prompt responding. They did all the could to make the incident better which included refunding my money for the purchase and they even sent a very minimal ingredient bar of soap for free. They have excellent customer service. I just need to do more research next time I'm looking for cleansers.
