I have been growing for over a decade and germinated over 1500 seeds. I dropped about $500 on Humbolt seeds. Thats the only breeder I get from these little seed dealers like Neptune. Long story short.....I am not impressed with the germination rate I am seeing. Seeds are old. I emailed Neptune and have yet to hear back from them.
