At 05.15 tracking showed 15 minutes away.
I called the office who promised it would arrive on time
05.25 tracking showed 15 minutes away.
I called the office again who offered no apology or explanation and cancelled my booking.
I ordered an Uber which arrived in 2 minutes and cost £7 less.
If you need a prompt, reliable taxi service then this isn't the company for you.
