The app is quite life changing ( well it was for me anyway) it is however more of a learning by doing app, it’s getting better all the time, but for older generations I find it costs money to learn about it.
Asking questions is too much trouble to be honest, it might be me but communications with the team is too drawn out, and takes up more time than the answer is worth sometimes. I feel sometimes as if I’m talking more to a call centre person than an expert, but every one I’ve spoken to have been courteous and friendly.
All in all I wouldn’t be without Accountable now.
