I have always liked your products and recently ordered supplies. Unfortunately I was not paying attention when I put the order through and it was only after I pressed the final button I realised the automatic payment system had picked up one of my saved addresses - this was for my brother who does not even own a dog! I immediately contacted your customer services and the lovely Daniel (who deserves a very special mention) managed to divert the delivery and let me know what he had done.
