My husband uses this to help him on the carnivore diet. He is very prone to leg cramps and this helps so much. The flavours are amazing too! Not overly sweet and the salty flavour is very nice. So far he's enjoyed pineapple, passionfruit, and citrus. Pineapple being his favourite so far!
