I received my Airain Type 20 Up In The Air a few weeks ago. The presentation, box, paperwork, and everything was top-notch. Excellent experience from beginning to end as I imported the piece into the US from Europe. Tom, the CEO, responded to my inquiries very quickly and had stellar customer support (not that I really needed it). The product is excellent quality and an amazing limited edition piece that I'm excited to put on my wrist every chance I get.
