I really wanted it to work, but after over 6 months I gave up. They selected an account manager to work with me and he didn't even read my novel. Most of the material provide had 0 resemblance to my plot or my characters, so I had to do most of the work on my own. I complained several times, and nothing changed. On the other hand, they keep on trying to sell me other services even without delivering what was first agreed with. For example, they said they would like to submit my work for the Pulitzer prize and I would have to invest 500 dollars for that. However, the Pulitzer Prize only charges 75 dollars for entries. That was only one of the many overcharged services they tried to push on me. Now I'm waiting for a refund, but they have stopped answering me.
