Giving a 2 because the site looks good. After paying we were informed the site wasn't secure and were asked to pay another $2000. The sales pitch stated the site would be secure. We paid an additional $1700 for a maintenance agreement so they could update the site as needed. When asked to update our events page for an upcoming event, we were ignored. They finally (Mike) returned my email to say it would be done. It never was. The event came and went and its still not done. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I believe they are just shady. I will be taking this up with Mike...in person.
