My Horrible Experience with AMZ Founders
I started my journey with AMZ Founders in September 2023. It has been a nightmare from the very beginning, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
Round 1: Shopify Store Disaster
It all began when I was pressured to join AMZ Founders by Jade, who pushed me into starting with a Shopify store. I paid $2,000 for the store, and after a year, I didn’t earn a single dollar in profit.
My first project manager, Daniel, handled my project for three months with no results before being fired. Then Harry took over, but after another three months, still no progress. Over six months, multiple project managers failed to produce a single sale.
Eventually, they convinced me to switch to Amazon FBA, claiming it would be better. Trusting them, I paid the $3,399 Amazon fee. However, their services were abysmal. I constantly had to follow up for updates, and all I got were excuses. My project managers kept changing, with six different people handling my store in a year, none of whom delivered results.
Round 2: Amazon FBA & Inventory Chaos
By October 2024, Abraham became my new project manager. Initially, he seemed promising, regularly updating me about my Amazon store. But then came the inventory phase. I paid $4,500 for inventory, and things took a turn for the worse.
Joseph, from their finance department, insisted I provide consent not to dispute the charge, which raised red flags. Despite my concerns, I paid. Two months passed, and I was still waiting for the inventory. Joseph’s attitude and behavior were unprofessional, and it became evident I was dealing with scammers.
When I finally asked Abraham for a refund, he referred me to Ashley in the finance department. She took over 10 days to respond, and when she finally did, her explanation was laughable. She claimed the refund process would take 100–120 days, contradicting Abraham’s earlier statement that I would receive it within a week.
It became clear their goal was to delay the process until the dispute period expired, ensuring I couldn’t take action against them. Ashley, despite being a “manager,” seemed clueless about the company’s operations, further proving their incompetence.
Round 3: Recent Scam Attempts
Now, Raymond, another so-called manager, has stepped in to argue about the refund process. His approach was equally unprofessional, and it’s evident they have no intention of refunding my money.
Final Thoughts
I’ve wasted over $10,000 and an entire year with AMZ Founders, only to end up with nothing. Their entire team is untrustworthy, and their business practices are designed to scam people.
Advice:
Do NOT trust AMZ Founders.
Always use a credit card for payments to dispute charges if necessary.
Thoroughly research companies before investing your hard-earned money.
