Whilst I enjoy and find shopping in person in Anthony Ryan’s very satisfactory their online service regarding purchases is very frustrating. I purchased swimwear online which I received promptly but my request to join the newsletter to avail of the 10% discount was ignored and my follow up email to request this discount was also ignored. I ended up paying full price because of this.
