The coat purchased was perfect but I chose click and collect and had to go to Ryan's Homestore to collect. I was handed my coat, crammed into a too small bag. ...no tissue paper and coat was exposed to all the elements. It was a very wet day and the assistant didn't offer too double bag it. Very disappointed in this service from what I had previously experienced. Emailed customer service and was offered 10% off or to return coat. They seemed to miss my point completely.
