I originally ordered a 36R but found it was too short. I mailed your returns department requesting an exchange for a 36L and this was arranged. I returned the trousers and unfortunately the same 36R was returned to me in error. As it truned out my mother passed away as I was wtiting on the new pair of trousers and given the mistake I had to purchase a 36L form another shop. While I do appreciate the very quick resposnes and suport provided by your staff the mix-up unfortunately came at a very bad time and reulted in alot of additional cost for me.
