Had to ring the company many times when An Post failed to deliver my package. They contacted An Post and was fobbed off like I was about delays due to Hollyhead reopening. It was completely out of their hand because An Post sent the parcel to the wrong sorting office and took 14 days to deliver it. The staff of Anthony Ryan's were very helpful with trying to get my parcel delivered.
