Website said it was in stock. Then phoned to say out of stock would be a week. Then phoned to say xdeep out of stock. On each occasion offered a refund. Took about five weeks to deliver. I wasn't in hurry so quite happy. Overall no complaints as was kept informed and offered refund. Cannot complain with service.
