I had an urgent delivery scheduled for this week through Aramex and, despite the tracking showing obvious delays, there was no proactive communication, no follow-up, and no real assistance when I reached out. I contacted them multiple times via live chat and all I received were vague replies or generic responses.
I planned work and deadlines around this delivery, and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored by a company that’s meant to handle time-sensitive logistics.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. I won’t be using Aramex again and would advise others to think twice before trusting them with important deliveries.
