I was obviously impressed with the cardigan I ordered because, although this was my first on-line order with Aran Woollen Mill, I had seen/felt the quality of AWM knitwear in various shops in the past. However, I was extremely impressed by the packaging in which the goods arrived and particularly impressed by the handwritten note which was included. I felt that I was really appreciated as a customer and not just another name on the sales sheet. Well done the AWM Team, I'm sure that you will be receiving further orders from me in due course.
