My first purchase from Aristocrat went very smoothly. I enjoyed the personalised service. I placed my order online on a Sunday. After realising that I made a mistake on the order, immediately I sent a message via messenger. I was surprised to receive a reply acknowledging my message and that they would deal with the issue on Monday. My experience with customer service when I called the next day was top nosh. They made me feel very worthy customer and went the extra mile to ensure my order was fulfilled. I hope this will continue as the business grows.
