The delivery is very prompt, ordered one day arrived the next. Lovely packaging. The coat I ordered was way too big & not consistent with the size guide, probably 2 sizes bigger. As they don't offer free returns, I ended up going to the shop to return as I only live 1 hour away. Staff at the shop were very friendl. My partner bought other clothes. Still disappointed by the cost sizing as I wouldn't have ordered if the description had stated uk size.
