When we went to go file the paperwork they sent us at the court, the court, threw it out, and we had to sit there for hours, filling up by hand, all new divorce paperwork. Now, their website says “satisfaction guaranteed“. So I let them know the situation, and they absolutely refuse to give me a refund. Instead of a refund, they wanted me to ask them to refill out new paperwork, even though I had already filed. This place is a $159 scam BEWARE! Just do the paperwork yourself, use a real person document preparer or an attorney.
