Mis-selling and passing off inferior products vs what was ordered
I’m sure this company have a good range of well made products and get it right most of the time, however buyer beware:
Ordered premium 3000 Air Conditioned pocket sprung mattress was delivered budget 1000, company advise they are one and the same, when products ere listed independently and clearly differ in specification and appearance. They are not budging, just want what was marketed and purchased.
