I ordered a pair of rigger boots and one evening and the next day was informed by a missed phone call and then an email to say that the boots were temporarily out of stock in the size I ordered. After ringing them back I was offered a full refund or offered to wait a couple of days by a very apologetic lady . I opted to wait , and in fact the boots arrived only one day later than originally expected. I’m very pleased we the boots , and the customer service that I received from Aspli Safety Ltd .
