When ordering the stock I needed this delivered direct to one of our clients. The goods were delivered to us, rather than the client. Luckily we aren't too far from them so were able to get the stock to our client.
This could have caused a problem had our client been further away. The driver also did not ensure we knew the stock had been delivered - it was left in our foyer.
