Great communication & service. I accidentally purchased 2 items ( which is normally very stressful getting refunds ) and I was able to get in touch easily & my order was sorted out and refunded that night.
It’s great being able to talk to someone- rather than being send down a heap of rabbit holes chasing your money back.
