Been 4 weeks since I bought it and I still don’t have the missing part for the humidity pump. Can only dry incubate then have to transfer the eggs into my old incubator for lock down as the humidity pump doesn’t work. Emailed seller, Brinsea UK and US and still have not received the part. Paid a lot of money but ended up disappointed. Sorry can not recommend this product.
Edit: now the turn motor is no longer functioning correctly. Does a few turns the stops working. I am now doing manual turns and manual humidity.
