Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order to be ready for a trip away only to find the 3 main things needed were on a lengthy back order. When I rang I was told that 1 item was to be sent that day, rang a week later after no tracking provided and it had not been sent. Cancelled the heaviest item. Had to call 3 times for the refund to be processed, being told twice that it had been when it had not. Refund comes through and none of the $288 freight has been refunded. Would I shop here again??? Highly unlikely
