Ordered and invoiced 4th November finally shipped 16th Nov arrived at PO BOX 19th Nov. This was a standard caravan electrical 240 v outlet , very poor service level. They say their logistic were a bit slow, well they may be but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of communication (nil advice) to say how bloody slow they are. In summary nothing award winning about the service level or the communication about order progress. I could have rode a push bike to Melbourne and back in the time it took these guys to process the order.
