The product was a popular back order item ordered early December, so with Covid19 impacts I wasn't certain when I would receive the goods. I appreciate that it was the busiest period of the year, but I had to email multiple times to see if the back order had arrived. A simple phone call would take less than 2min to inform me of the package arrival.
