We ordered and paid for our stove in late December. The website indicated that the item could be delivered. We were told by staff, after purchase, that it could not and we would have to organise a courier. When I rang the store to get the dimensions, we were told that it could be delivered after all. We then paid for the delivery fee and told delivery would be 2 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks later and we still don't have our product. The company has made no attempt to communicate with us. We have had to call them and on the last check, the item may arrive at the store site between mid to late February, but there is no guarantee of that. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service and clearly cannot comment on the quality of the product as I'm still waiting for it.
