We ordered a Sirocco Fan plus the 2 x Bamboo Seat Cushions but sadly the Sirocco Fans were not in stock. We got caught out by ordering from the first little box instead of going into the full description of the item. Award RV looked into the lead time for their backorders of fans and were happy to refund the cost of the fan plus postage when we could not wait that long for delivery. We received our cushions on time and in perfect condition. Thank you Award RV Superstore.
