Ordered caravan cover on 27/8/21. Arrival today 09/10/21, 6 weeks. I had to ring 2 weeks after ordering to be told it was on back order. Rang the following week to be told it was invoiced by the supplier but not delivered to AwardRV. Renee W did ring me to say she was chasing it up. Then to say it should come in by the Friday of that week. I rang the following Monday to ask what was happening to be told by a male employee it should be dispatched by the end of that week and he would ring me. On Friday 01/10/21 I received an email (No phone call) to say it had been dispatched. Very disappointing customer service, especially considering I was going to buy the cover on line for $50 cheaper, then decided to support a local business. I hope the bag for the cover is wrapped inside as it is not in the box.
