I had purchased a ceiling fan from a caravan show that Award RV Superstore were selling at.
I got the fan home and assembled it only to find that it made a loud grinding noise when running. I called Award RV Superstore and in less that 1 week a replacement arrived to my home in country Victoria. The whole warranty claim process was so easy. Awesome customer service!!
