We have a European caravan and often can only find parts in NSW or Queensland. So we were delighted when we found a Melbourne shop that carries a range of Al-Ko parts. We ordered online. The response for click & collect was for pick-up the next day. We weren't able to get there that day and RV Superstore were happy to hang on to the parts until late the following week. Very pleasant staff, easy online ordering, huge range instore. Luckily my partner wasn't with me when I did the pick-up otherwise we would have been there for hours and spent a whole lot more. She plans a day trip there soon :)
