I Have been going back and forward to award RV for the last two years now, and everyone exceeded my expectations each time I walked into the store, even during a hectic time for the business. I had the pleasure of dealing with Casey, Richard and David. Their experience, professionalism and customer service are exceptional, which is why I kept going back to the store to purchase everything I needed for my motor home conversion. David was always approachable and willing to get out of his way to order what I needed at a better price :) Casey is a man in demand, very knowledgable, generous, and constantly getting out of his way to help every customer. He is "an asset to Award Rv." Richard has a straightforward approach to his knowledge and is always assertive in problem-solving and customer needs. Having this three-man under one roof is very rare to find. Also, the girls were always friendly And constantly working hard to make sure customers got the best of their service. There wasn't a moment I felt disregarded by any of the staff members at Award RV. Recently I had Casey and Richard look at an electrical issue I was having with my motor home, and they went out and above to sort out the problem at no cost.
