The whole experience was exceptional,Dave Tatnell was excellent, he was polite ,knowledgeable and very helpful in catering for my needs.Delivery was as promised,spot on RV. Yesterday when fitting a previous purchase of hot water service the gas solenoid was not functioning. A call to RV and the Tech guy , he couldn’t solve the problem over the phone,so sourced a replacement from a store they supply in a nearby town. Problem solved and upcoming weekend away saved.Couldn’t speak highly enough of RV Award and the staff,all friendly and willing to in any way Big 👍 and thanks.
