The best (exceptional) customer service I have experienced in years. Exchanged a caravan cover that didn’t fit several months after I bought it. Did not have a receipt but they went out of there way to check through their records to find it. Then didn’t want me to pay the higher price for the bigger cover. I declined their kind offer, paid the difference just to acknowledge my appreciation for their time, effort and patience.
