I purchased a jockey wheel which I discovered was broken when I got home. It turned out to be a return which was mistakenly put back on the showroom floor. When I called them to arrange a replacement, I was told they'd put one aside for me. When I arrived to pick it up, they advised that they had no stock and the one they'd put aside was $100 more expensive. Long story short, over two weeks later a replacement was delivered with a few calls in between. The attitude I experienced with a couple of their staff I hope can only be explained by how busy they were, I don't work on the theory that the customer is always right but questioning me as to why I didn't check the contents of the box before I took it home is pretty rude. The store has a great range of gear at reasonable prices, I trust the customer service levels will return to normal after everyone enjoys a break once the silly season rush calms down
