I paid extra money to have my parcel delivered by Australia Post, as I have always found them to be reliable.
This store sent it via Aramex couriers which was cheaper.
I complained to Award RV Superstore. They responded with an apology however didn't refund to extra money I paid.
It took 8 days for the parcel to arrive.
I would definitely to recommend this store.
