When placing my order the website was having issues at the checkout stage and ended up doubling my order. When I noticed this I phoned, but could not get through even tho I waited on the line for 20 minutes or more. Then I sent a msg which I was told would be answered within 24 hours but 5 days later and no contact. And now I have 4 of the same items arriving this week, 2 of which will need to be returned. Disappointed that it's impossible to make contact with this business.
