The awning sat in your warehouse for over two weeks without anyone notifying me, I had rang you twice to see if you had it only to be told that it hadn't been delivered to you yet, yet it was sitting there all along it wasn't until I rung up a third time a said it that its been nearly a month since that I had ordered the awning and at the time of ordering I was told yoy usually get them within a week, so I said what's happening were is it, then someone finally looked for it a found it in the warehouse and said to come and get it, No apologies, no care given!
