In a time when customer service can be not there at all, the service I received from Tommy at Award RV Superstore was fantastic. He took the time to show me the items that were suitable for my needs, explain about them and order in the extra part that I needed. He emailed me the invoice documents then provided a follow up email when the additional part arrived. It was such a nice experience dealing with him. He's a great asset to the store.
