I ordered an internal caravan clock. We were housesitting several locations and didn't open the package immediately, as our caravan was in storage. Opening the package 4 weeks later, we found that the clock had a broken front glass. After ringing Award, I was offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and it was received really quickly without hassle. Thank You Award for your great customer service.
