I have ordered a couple of items from Award RV the 1st item which was a Dometic Awning which was all good and very happy with. The second items were 2 Ibis Air conditioning vents which were ordered and paid for on 22/03/2020 which I still have not received. I did ring about 6 weeks ago and was told shipment of parts were delayed due to the Covid-19 which was fine but I am still waiting. Regards: John Sanderson Mob: 0419342369
