I purchased 2 ovens online and had trouble with the website trying to pay.after ringing and paying over the phone including express shipping I waited for delivery.after a week had passed i again rang the store only to be told the ovens were on back order.was not happy I wasn’t informed,I did receive a full refund although too late for the birthday they were for.
