Sorry to have to say but your store at Ferntree gully Vic,is hopeless.. June 22 I paid for a gas heater on line,,after way too many requests to have it dispatched and endless excuses and promises I STILL DON,T HAVE THE HEATER..It will be it summer before I get it..I live a long way from the store,My brother lives closer,He went in the store to look around and saw they had 2 heaters on the shelf,,SO WHY am I still waiting....My friend actually drove a long way to Cranburne and got me one from BCF..I am a cancer survivor 77 years old,,I occupy my self in my work shop and its bloody cold..I still want the one I ordered as 2 heaters will be great for me..Sorry for the review,,as you can see I'm not happy at all..
