my first thoughts were good, but after my order went missing in the post, this all seems to have fallen in to a heap. I lost a $500.00 purchase, either lost or stolen in the post system. I know it got into the system but no one is keeping me informed of where I will ever see my purchase. As the customer with Auspost AwardRV has to make the claim but I am not being told where that is or when I will get my "Alarm"
